Maintenance Services

Automatic Sprinklers

We service and maintain automatic sprinkler systems in full accordance with BS EN 12845 and LPC Rules, ensuring every system operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance. Regular maintenance helps to extend system life, maintain insurance compliance, and ensure reliable performance when it’s needed most.

Domestic Sprinkler Systems

Our engineers maintain residential sprinkler systems to BS 9251, providing reliable fire protection for homes, apartments, and multi-occupancy buildings. We ensure every system is correctly tested, fully functional, and ready to protect lives and property in the event of a fire.

Fire Pumps

All fire pumps are tested and maintained in accordance with BS EN 12845, ensuring correct operation, flow, and pressure performance.

Our dedicated pump department carries out all servicing in-house, supported by specialist engineers with extensive experience in fire protection systems. This approach guarantees consistent quality, technical expertise, and reliability without the need for third-party contractors.

Water Storage Tanks

We inspect and maintain sprinkler water storage tanks in accordance with BS EN 12845 and relevant LPC Technical Bulletins, ensuring ongoing structural integrity, cleanliness, and reliability. Regular inspections help identify corrosion, leaks, and other early signs of wear, safeguarding the long-term performance of your fire protection system.

ROV Tank Inspections

Working alongside our trusted and approved specialist partners, we use remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) to perform non-intrusive tank inspections that provide a detailed internal assessment of tank condition, all without the need for disruptive drain downs.

This advanced robotic technology captures high-resolution imagery and data, enabling our engineers to evaluate internal surfaces, identify defects, and deliver comprehensive condition reports with clear, actionable recommendations for any remedial work required.

Dry and Wet Risers/Falling Installations

Our dry and wet riser maintenance is carried out in full compliance with BS 9990, ensuring every system remains safe, reliable, and ready for immediate use. This includes a comprehensive annual service and a six-monthly visual inspection, confirming ongoing compliance and operational performance.

All works are undertaken by our fully trained and competent engineers, experienced in maintaining life safety systems to the highest standards.

We also hold BAFE SP105 certification, providing independent, third-party assurance that our maintenance services meet the strictest quality and safety requirements in the fire protection industry.

Hydrants and Hosereel

We service and maintain fire hydrants and hose reels to the relevant British Standards ensuring reliable water delivery, full regulatory compliance, and operational readiness in the event of a fire.

Our inspections verify flow rates, pressure, accessibility, and general condition, helping to ensure that these critical first-response systems perform exactly as intended when needed.

Suppression Equipment

Working in partnership with our trusted and approved specialists, we maintain a wide range of fire suppression systems including gaseous and specialist agent systems ensuring they remain safe, effective, and fully compliant with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Through regular servicing and inspection, we help keep each system responsive and reliable, preventing false activations and maintaining full regulatory and insurer compliance.

Quarterly and Annual Hazard Reviews

Our scheduled hazard reviews confirm that each sprinkler system remains correctly risk-classified and suitable for the occupancy and layout of your site. These reviews, carried out quarterly and annually, ensure that system design continue to meet the current LPC Rules and BS EN 12845 requirements, maintaining both compliance and effective protection.
